Wine

Wine grows just around the corner.
Mödling is a wine town of the Thermal Region. Here, south of Vienna, from Brunn am Gebirge to Baden is the most famous of Austria's wine regions.
Gumpoldskirchen, probably the most famous wine-growing community in Austria is only three kilometres from Mödling.
With the native wines Rotgipfler and Zierfandler as well as the Burgundies - St. Laurent and Pinot Noir - the region's vintners cause the most famous wine critics in the country to wax lyrical.
